We have 2 different shipping methods and timeframes based on the type of print that has been ordered. Please find below the specific details related to each type of print.

Please note that for all types of prints there may be occasional delays in dispatch due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to keep you updated regarding any delays.

International tracked delivery is subject to customs clearance for all types of prints which may delay delivery.
​
Please enquire for delivery to other counties not listed below before placing order.

Open Edition Photographic Prints
​
We aim to ship unframed Open Edition flat packed prints within 2 working days of receiving an order.
​
All ordered Open Edition Photographic prints are packaged in padded postal bags and shipped via tracked Royal Mail.

We ship to the following locations:
UK: 3 - 5 Working Days | £4.20 per order
Ireland & Europe: Up to 10 Working Days | £10.25 per order
US & Canada: Up to 10 Working Days | £13.45 per order

Limited Edition Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée Prints

We aim to ship unframed Limited Edition rolled prints within 4 - 5 working days of receiving an order.
​
All ordered Limited Edition Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée prints are packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes and shipped via tracked Royal Mail.

Limited Edition Heavyweight Watercolour Paper Prints

We aim to ship unframed Limited Edition rolled prints within 2 working days of receiving an order.
All ordered Limited Edition Heavyweight Watercolour Paper prints are packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes and shipped via tracked Royal Mail.

US & Canada: Up to 10 Working Days | £13.45 per order
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch, however, once the item(s) have been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned.

You can return item(s) within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund less the delivery costs.
​
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon receiving the item(s) and will be processed using original payment method.
​
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) and must cover all expenses, preferably using the original packaging.
​
Please be aware that handling, rolling and packing art prints should be undertaken very carefully as the paper may crease resulting in damage.
​
We recommend using appropriate shipping methods as we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
​
Items(s) damaged due to shipping will be handled as a returned item less the delivery charge.
​
Exchanges will be handled as a return.
​
